A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from Revel Tours & Safaris. All bookings are subject to availability and our acceptance.
All payments must be made in the agreed currency (USD or TZS). A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking. Final payment must be made no later than 30 days before departure. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and secure online payments.
Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, flight delays, lost luggage, and personal belongings. Revel Tours is not liable for any costs arising from uninsured events.
Revel Tours & Safaris acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (lodges, airlines, ground transport). We are not liable for acts beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, political instability, strikes, government actions, or force majeure events.
Clients are responsible for meeting health requirements, including recommended vaccinations, malaria prophylaxis, and travel documentation. Please consult your doctor before traveling to Tanzania.
